Booking an appointment with LuxMode Aesthetics & Wellness confirms that you have read and agree to all policies listed publicly on our website and booking platform — including the non-refundable booking fee. No Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds under any circumstance. Fees paid may be used as a credit toward another service, a rescheduled date/time, skincare products, or as a gift card for family/friends.

Chargeback Disputes: Disputes are taken seriously. Our legal team is retained to contest any charges. Clients initiating a dispute will be held responsible for the cost of the legal retainer and any lost clinic time dedicated to resolution.
